Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping takes between 1-3 business days. However, shipping will be delayed during sales or holidays and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. You will receive an email confirmation of when your order has been shipped.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. If your package is lost or stolen please file a claim with USPS before contacting us.
Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: Please submit a return request through our "return" tab on our main menu navigation. We offer returns WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase. If you are wanting to exchange, please submit a return request and we will issue the refund and you can place a new order online. ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RETURN APPROVAL BEING ISSUED.
Q: What happens if an item is defective?
A: If the purchased product is defective, reach out to us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of the delivered date. We are always happy to help!
Q: Can I return an item bought on sale?
A: All items bought on sale are non-refundable and final sale.

A: We have a general sizing chart on our main menu, but you will find the MOST ACCURATE sizing listed under each item in the product description.
